Position Summary and Impact:
As the UX Lead Designer, you will drive the user experience for our digital products and services, focusing on innovative, user-centric designs that enhance satisfaction, retention, and growth for staff, clients, and their employees. You’ll lead UX design teams, collaborate across functions, and scale design excellence within a global enterprise. Your leadership will ensure best-in-class UX, optimizing design strategies through data-driven insights to boost user engagement and product effectiveness. Qualifications:
-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
-Minimum 5-7 years of experience in UX design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of successful design-led transformations in professional services or consulting environments.
-Expert-level proficiency in UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and proficiency in data visualization and enterprise tool design
-Excellent interaction, visual, and prototyping skills and ability to lead user research (both qualitative and quantitative)
-Familiarity with agile methodologies and design thinking practices
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated capability of building and maintaining strong relationships across all levels of the organization and with clients. Strong focus on results, client-centric solutions, and innovative thinking.
