The Role

Managers can expect to: 

  • Lead engagement teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables  
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to manage the various credits and incentive portfolios of our clients 
  • Overseeing ongoing compliance matters and track the performance of incentive portfolio including forecasting, monetizing, commitment tracking, and program implementation 
  • Develop sensitivity analyses, conduct incentive research, issue-spot contractual, statutory or regulatory requirements and perform bench-marking analysis 
  • Analyze, scrutinize, and build reports from large Excel data sets 
  • Develop impactful monthly/quarterly metrics and reporting 
  • Develop a deep understanding of the clients’ operations and the program requirements in order to identify and drive opportunities for automation and process improvement  

 

Compensation and Benefits

 

Our firm offers competitive base compensation, benefits package, and a discretionary employee bonus program for eligible employees based on individual and firm performance metrics per the defined program guidelines. For individuals hired to work in Seattle, the expected salary range for this role is $109,500 to $171,200; the actual salary offer can vary based upon employee qualifications.

We offer paid time off, beginning at 160 hours annually and provides twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Compensation: In addition to competitive base compensation, our firm offers annual discretionary bonuses based on firm and individual performance, a discretionary long-term cash incentive program, and other forms of discretionary compensation that would be offered to the hired applicant in addition to their established salary range scale.

The Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Masters of Tax and/or Juris Doctorate preferred; Accounting, Finance, Economics or related undergraduate degree preferred; 
  • Advanced credential is required (i.e. CPA); 
  • At least 45 years relevant work experience with a Big Four or national accounting firm; 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills 
  • Experience with Excel and CRM/Project Management tools; 
  • Experience integrating tax technology solutions such as Alteryx, Power Query and Power BI; 
  • Experience with public policy, economic development or data center infrastructure; 
  • Experience with data and process enhancement tools such as Python;
