Senior Associates in our Commercial practice will engage in the tax planning and consulting process for a wide range of clients, varying from multi-national corporations to early stage start-ups. Managers in our Alternative Investment Funds practice oversee and complete tax projects; provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance for a variety of clients, including hedge funds, private equity, real estate, fund of funds and venture capital.
